NEW CONSTRUCTION
Building a new home? One of our areas of expertise is new construction having helped many clients build and recently built a home ourselves! Project investment will be customized to your needs, but we can be involved however you'd like from inception to completion. We will partner with you and your architect or draftsperson on the initial plan development, any and all interior spaces and can help with all exterior and interior selections taking the overwhelm out of the many decisions to be made during this process for you.
RENOVATIONS
Remodeling your home? Renovations are a way to reimagine your current space and make it feel fresh and new. Again, project investment will be tailored to your needs and we can be involved however you'd like from inception to completion. We can help assemble your team with our many resources or work with a trusted partner you already have. We will help bring your vision to life by creating a clear roadmap to achieve your desired results.

DESIGN CONSULTATION
In our initial consultation, I come to your home or business to meet in person (or Zoom if you’d like) for one hour. This is the first paid meeting before any project, or can be used simply as a way to ask questions and get ideas. Price available upon request.
What this meeting is for:
Discussing your project needs, vision, scope, budget, and timeline
Design related problem solving for 1-3 rooms in your home
Paint color consultation up to 3 rooms (for more request pricing)
During this meeting, you are welcome to take notes on what we discuss. When necessary, I will send follow up links or info based on something I may have suggested. If you'd like me to implement a project following this meeting this will be an additional cost, billed at my hourly rate.
PROPOSAL & PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
After the Design Consultation is complete and I have gathered all the info I need, I will follow up with a project proposal. I use historical information to determine how long I believe the job will take to design, therefore I will present project pricing for my services that will be the best option for you. When you are 100% happy with your plan, we will begin assembling your team. I will hold a trade day in your space and connect you with trusted contractors and subcontractors when applicable. I will work with the team to create a project schedule. We will begin to finalize and order your material selections and any applicable decorative items you have approved with longer lead times.
DESIGN EXECUTION & COMPLETION
With a full service option, I will work side by side with contractors for the duration of your project to make sure your needs are met and every detail is accounted for. I will help troubleshoot and problem solve if anything unexpected should arise. Upon completion and installation of the project, we will do a final walk through and create a punch list when applicable. I will style your space and take professional photos to commemorate our hard work with your approval. Now for the fun part…enjoying your new space!
